The Renaissance Indexes Group (RIG) is a Non-Profit corporation certified by the state of Texas. The organization was established to be an effective advocate and to work to secure the Equal rights in Equal access to capital, banking services, lending – to include Wealth Creating Entities and real estate related transactions and Community Outreach and consumer education to and for the underserved Neighborhoods of the protected classes – to include the protected class of black Americans in the specified Zip Codes in Houston (and in Dallas).
Our mission includes work with the Banks to establish and to increase the Banks’ presence and investments in the black American Neighborhoods in the form of increased Bank branches – bricks and mortar free standing edifices, increased bank financed developments – stores, restaurants, hotels, office towers, apartment complexes and luxury mixed use developments and increased Community Development Loans to stabilize and to revitalize the underserved Neighborhoods – as in Hi Tech Centers – to train coders and programmers, Apprenticeship Facilities – to train machinists, electricians and carpenters and Neighborhood Centers to coordinate Investments, public safety and landscape beautification.
The Renaissance Indexes Group seeks to be the organization to form the capitalized CRA Partnerships, Neighborhood Group Alliances and Credit Needs Assessment Consultant to facilitate the above in the underserved Neighborhoods for maximum Bank investments and to make a material difference in the lives of the individuals, businesses and households in the underserved black American Neighborhoods in Houston
The Renaissance Indexes Group includes work with the Bank(s) to establish the Equal opportunities in lending and in the financing of wealth creation – Private Equity Groups, Real Estate Investment Trusts, Trading Companies and Brokerage Houses - for the underserved black American Neighborhoods in Houston (and in Dallas).
The Renaissance Indexes Group is the organization to work with the Banks to secure the full enjoyment of Equal rights secured under the banking laws – Community Reinvestment Act, Equal Credit Opportunity Act, Fair Housing Act – Final Rule, Fair Lending Laws, Regulation B/C, Home Mortgage Disclosure Act, FTC Act – Section 5, Title VIII – 1968 Civil Rights laws and the Equal Protection Clause – 14th Amendment – US Constitution – to the protected class of black Americans in the black American Neighborhoods in the specified Zip Codes in Houston (and in Dallas)
-and to secure the legal Remedies for the reclamation of the Equal rights in banking, lending and banking services denied to the protected class of black Americans.

The Renaissance Indexes Group outlines its legal directives with regards to the charitable contributions it procures from its donor/sponsor clients.
The Renaissance Indexes Group has a fiduciary duty to conduct the professional operations and proper use of its donor/sponsor contributions.
The Renaissance Indexes Group has a fiduciary duty to make sound and prudent investment decisions of its donor / sponsor contributions for the good of the operation.
The Renaissance Indexes Group has a fiduciary duty to provide full accounting of its expenditures to include its Capital Campaign operations and Charity Galas.
The Renaissance Indexes Group has the fiduciary duty to remain in good standing and to ensure that donor/ sponsors receive the full tax benefits of any and all charitable contributions and remunerations to the Renaissance Computer Group.
The Renaissance Indexes Group takes its responsibilities seriously as it realizes that the donations and charitable contributions are for the sole purpose of the enhancement and qualitative expansion of its client services.
